Hey everyone!
My birthday is coming up in July.
And this year, I wanted to do something different.
Lately, I’ve been feeling tired and sluggish.
So instead of just cake and treats,
I’m giving myself a 60-day health challenge starting June 5th!
Thinking of it as a way to get myself feeling awesome before the birthday fun.
(and maybe burn off some of that cake in advance!)
Here’s what I’m doing:
-Aiming for 10,000 steps a day to get some energy going in the mornings.
-Eating lots of veggies for all those good vitamins and stuff.
-Saying goodbye to takeout and sugary treats.
I know my body will thank me!
It might seem tough, but I’m determined to feel better in 60 days!
My goal is to reach my birthday feeling fantastic, both inside and out.
Plus, who doesn’t love a good before-and-after pic?
Let’s make this June a month of getting healthy, feeling good, and maybe even learning a little something about ourselves.
Here’s to a birthday filled with energy and a smile (not just cake!).
